Doran Barnes oversees Foothill Transit’s 38-route system, manages the private contractors who operate and maintain the agency’s 360 buses, and leads the delivery of service to over 15 million customers annually. Doran also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Access Services, the regional paratransit operator for all of Los Angeles County. Doran began his transit career as a coach operator at Unitrans, the transit system at the University of California-Davis. Doran also serves as the Chair of the American Public Transportation Association.
