Mr. de la Loza has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design and implementation of large transportation projects. His background includes transportation multi-modal corridor analysis and planning/preliminary design, service planning, oversight and coordination of funding, policy development, environmental impact analysis and alternative delivery for large infrastructure projects.
His transportation carrier has steadily increased in responsibility and includes the position of Chief Planning Officer for LA Metro from 1996 to 2005. Over the last 12 years Mr. de la Loza has worked for private consulting firms at the executive level in the West Region, currently as a Senior VP with HNTB.
